Board of DD honors Luttrell

The Clinton County Board of Developmental Disabilities, represented by Superintendent Kyle Lewis (right), recently recognized John Luttrell for his years of service on the board. Luttrell was initially appointed by the Clinton County Probate judge in 2007 and he served for a total of 13 years. The Board of DD relies on dedicated citizens to serve in this important volunteer role to ensure that quality services are provided to individuals served.
