WILMINGTON — Wilmington police officers and the Clinton County coroner are currently at the scene of what is believed to be a fatal overdose at 772 Mead St.

Officers at the scene said a man was found dead inside a pickup truck parked in the driveway at the address.

It is the same address where a garage and a car were destroyed by fire on Feb. 23. The home is owned by Chad Henson, according to the Clinton County Auditor’s website.

The incident remains under investigation.
