CLINTON CO. – Crews from ODOT’s Clinton County Highway Maintenance Facility will undertake a culvert replacement project on State Route 350 this month, requiring an 11-day closure of the route, according to ODOT.

Weather permitting, SR 350 will be closed between SR 730 and Township Road 253 (Yankee Road) May 11 through 22, for crews to replace a deteriorated pipe at the 4.87-mile marker.

The closure will go into effect at approximately 7 a.m. Monday, May 11, and it will remain in place until 3 p.m. Friday, May 22, or until all work is completed. While the route is closed, motorists will be detoured by way of US 68 and SR 730.

Lanes to be closed

Bridge work requires various lane closures on State Route 380 between New Burlington and Roxanna New Burlington roads.

Lane closures will be in place daily between 7 a.m. and 5 p.m. Tuesday and Wednesday, May 5-6. Traffic will be maintained with flaggers.

Arrow boards and/or signs will alert motorists of the work zone and restrictions. All work is contingent upon the weather.

To help ensure the safety of the construction workers as well as the traveling public, motorists should remain alert, reduce their speed and watch for stopped traffic while passing through the work zone. Remember, move over or slow down.
