Pork Pride 4-H holds virtual meeting

The Pork Pride 4-H Club met virtually on Sunday, May 17 with 24 in attendance. President Stanley Chesney called the meeting to order at 7:04 p.m. Gregary Achtermann led us in the Pledge of Allegiance and Kai Alexander led us in the 4-H Pledge. Mikala Hatfield gave the Secretary’s Report. Taylor Garringer gave the Treasurer’s Report.

Randy Pinkerton went over watching for emails from Tracie Montague; all tag-ins forms were due by May 18, QA Zoom Meeting dates, and fair shirt orders from the Extension Office are due June 15.

Jami Dailey did a demonstration on the process of milking cows and the equipment used and Mikala Hatfield did a demonstration on her FFA experiences. Both members did a wonderful job on their demonstrations.

Community Service, shirts and the Pork Pride Facebook group were discussed.

The next meeting is Sunday, May 31 at 7 p.m. with Taylor Garringer leading us in the Pledge of Allegiance, Stanley Chesney leading us in the 4-H Pledge, Gregary Achtermann, Isaac Chesney and Stanley Chesney having demonstrations.

The meeting adjourned at 7:42 p.m.
