Rita Howard honored for 30 years service to Clinton County

On Wednesday the Clinton County Board of Commissioners recognized Rita Howard who will retire at month’s end after 30 years of public service with Clinton County. Her time includes three years with the Clinton County Auditor’s Office and 27 years with Clinton County Job and Family Services as fiscal specialist.
