Clinton County recognizes Job and Family Services Director Kathi Spirk

The Clinton County Board of Commissioners on Monday formally recognized Kathi Spirk for her 33 years of service with the Clinton County Job and Family Services. In 2013, Spirk was named director of the public service agency. As director, she has been responsible for supervising the state’s public assistance, workforce development, unemployment insurance, child and adult protective services, adoption, child care, and child support programs in Clinton County. She will retire on July 31.
