More muni court decisions handed down, including man driving 122 mph

The following report is compiled using a disposition report provided by Clinton County Municipal Court. The information includes the defendant’s name, age, residence if listed, charge(s) disposed, fine, court costs assessed, jail sentence and any special conditions. Municipal Judge Mike Daugherty oversees the court, which administers the law in criminal misdemeanor cases.

The following continues the list of those who pled guilty or were found guilty between Aug. 24, 2020 and Aug. 28, 2020:

• Brayner Ramirez Rivera, 22, of Cincinnati, going 122 in a 70 mph speed zone, fined $105, assessed $135 court costs. The case was waived by Ramirez Rivera.

• Carlynn Morsch, 19, of Wilmington, going 90 in a 65 mph speed zone, fined $100, assessed $135 court costs.

• Dionna Kelly, 30, of Virginia Beach, Virginia, going 90 in a 65 mph speed zone, fined $50, assessed $135 court costs.

• Anna Detzel, 18, of Cincinnati, marijuana possession, drug paraphernalia, fined $335, assessed $135 court costs. The cases were waived by Detzel.

• Jody Williams, 20, of Clarksville, marijuana possession, drug paraphernalia, fined $200, assessed $270 court costs. The cases were waived by Williams.

• Camryn Green, 19, of Lebanon, marijuana possession, drug paraphernalia, fined $200, assessed $270 court costs. The cases were waived by Green.

• William Powers, 27, of Sidney, ‘open container’, fined $45, assessed $145 court costs. The case was waived by Powers.

• Nubill Alawi, 41, of Fisherville, Kentucky, going 99 in a 70 mph speed zone, fined $105, assessed $135 court costs. The case was waived by Alawi.

• Kylah Morrison, 18, of Newark, underage consumption. Sentencing stayed.

• Kaylee Ballou, 19, of Columbus, underage consumption. Sentencing stayed.

• Jerrod Griffith, 34, of Wilmington, trespassing. Sentencing stayed.

• Blake Bear, 19, of Cincinnati, underage consumption. Sentencing stayed.

• Amy Emswiler, 18, of Columbus, underage consumption. Sentencing stayed.
