Trunk-or-treat at Clarksville Community Park

0

Friends of Clarksville teamed up with the Catching Fire Outdoors Halloween Fishing Fearfest event for a trunk-or-treat for the kids in the parking lot beside the new Clarksville Community Park playground. The kids were able to get a preview of the new playground equipment and get some Halloween candy at the same time.

Friends of Clarksville still needs to install fencing, lighting and four musical metal flowers to finish the first two phases of the park. The new Clarksville Garden Club has already begun the design of the landscaping for the park.

Organizers thank the Wilmington-Clinton County Chamber of Commerce and the Clinton County Foundation for providing masks and signage to help keep the trick-or-treaters safe.
