The East Clinton FFA Chapter held its annual Toys for Tots toy drive during the month of December.

Toys for Tots collect toys and other gifts for those in need every Christmas season, and all the items collected are donated to young children.

The FFA students placed donation barrels throughout the school for students to place their contributions. The chapter collected all the toys from the barrels before the students left for Christmas break, and the toys were donated to the U.S. Marine Corps recruiting office in Wilmington.

The FFA chapter thanks all the parents, members and friends of the FFA who purchased gifts for the drive.

In addition, six East Clinton FFA members volunteered at Your Father’s Kitchen in Wilmington, serving food, cleaning up and also stacking shelves and boxes of groceries.

The members enjoyed giving back to the community through the holiday season for both activities.
