The Pork Pride 4-H Club met at Cuba Friends Church on Sunday, March 28 with 35 in attendance. President Mikala Hatfield called the meeting to order at 6:05 p.m. Jami Dailey led us in the Pledge of Allegiance and Kai Alexander led us in the 4-H Pledge.

Kai Alexander gave the Secretary’s Report and Stanley Chesney gave the Treasurer’s Report.

The Cloverbuds worked on a project. Randy Pinkerton went over the paperwork, online registration, Quality Assurance dates, project entry deadlines, online registration, and dues are $15 again this year. If you need a book, please let Randy Pinkerton know so that he can order books.

Gregary Achtermann did a demonstration on his dairy wether goat named Bucky; Jami Dailey did a demonstration on her rabbit named Oreo; and Stanley Chesney did a demonstration on his bow.

Fundraisers will be tabled until we get verification on how we can do fundraisers this year. The group did vote to charge $1 if you do not bring paper and pens/pencils to the meetings. Community Service ideas were discussed. T-shirt ideas were voted on by the group.

The next meeting was to be Sunday, April 11.
