WiILMINGTON – During the week of April 19, the Clinton County Health District will not provide any first-dose COVID-19 vaccinations to the general public.

Any first-dose COVID vaccinations will be provided only through local employers or school environments.

In addition, the CCHD will provide second-dose vaccinations to nearly 1,200 individuals who previously received their first-dose vaccinations with CCHD during the week of March 29. These are the Pfizer brand of vaccine and are unaffected by the pause in administration of the Johnson & Johnson (Janssen) brand of vaccine in Ohio and the U.S.

A reminder to those individuals who received their first dose of vaccine with us the week of March 29: their second dose appointments will be next week (week of April 19) on the same day of the week, same time and same location as their first appointments.

Your second dose was scheduled at the same time your firstst dose was scheduled; no reminder phone calls will be made.

Please check back next week on our scheduling website for future COVID vaccine appointment opportunities at https://bookclintoncovidvax.timetap.com/#/ .
