More sentences handed down in municipal court

The following report is compiled using a disposition report provided by Clinton County Municipal Court. The information includes the defendant’s name, age, residence if listed, charge(s) disposed, fine, court costs assessed, jail sentence and any special conditions. Municipal Judge Mike Daugherty oversees the court, which administers the law in criminal misdemeanor cases.

The following continues the list of those who pled guilty or were found guilty between April 26, 2021 and April 30, 2021:

• Brandon Leonard, 34, of Cincinnati, vehicle trespass, sentenced to 10 days in jail (suspended), fined $250, assessed $135 court costs. Leonard must have no contact with the victim and must commit no further offenses in Clinton County for two years.

• David Gibbs III, 21, of Cincinnati, going 86 in a 70 mph speed zone, sentenced to three days in jail (suspended), operator’s license suspended from April 29, 2021 to May 10, 2021, fined $250, assessed $135 court costs. Gibbs must commit no further moving violations for two years and non-reporting probation to be monitored.

• Cory Slaven, 24, of Xenia, drug paraphernalia, fined $150, assessed $135 court costs.

• Shawna Wells 28, of West Union, marijuana possession, fined $150, assessed $135 court costs.

• Terry Ball Jr., 35, marijuana possession, fined $150, assessed $135 court costs.

• Gregory Mitchell, 51, of Wilmington, disorderly conduct, assessed $135 court costs.

• Christopher Brown, 44, of Leesburg, driving under suspension-failing to appear/pay fine, fined $350, assessed $135 court costs.

• Theodore Routt, 45, of Washington Court House, driving under suspension-financial, fined $350, assessed $135 court costs.

• Bailes Seaman, 25, of Wilmington, marijuana possession, drug paraphernalia, fined $200, assessed $270 court costs. The cases were waived by Seaman.

• Shawn Acuff, 37, of Goshen, disorderly conduct, fined $65, assessed $135 court costs. The case was waived by Acuff.

• Villeda Villanueva, 47, of Deer Park, going 105 in a 70 mph speed zone, fined $105, assessed $135 court costs. The case was waived by Villanueva.

• Brandon Deboard, 27, of Wilmington, marijuana possession, $100, assessed $135 court costs. The case was waived by Deboard.

• Alejandro Mazariegos, 51, of Tasley, Virginia, going 100 in a 70 mph speed zone, fined $105, assessed $135 court costs. The case was waived by Mazariegos.

• Donita Dunn, 42, of Wilmington, going 10 in a 50 mph speed zone, fined $30, assessed $135 court costs. The case was waived by Dunn.
