Kyle Rudduck was sworn in as the newest Clinton County treasurer on Sunday evening by his uncle, Common Pleas Judge John W. “Tim” Rudduck. Former treasurer Jason Walt recently retired from the elected office and Kyle Rudduck was selected to fill the position by the county’s Republican Central Committee.
