WILMINGTON —The News Journal is currently on the scene around Grant Street and Hawley Avenue as police scanner traffic indicates there was a car/foot chase involving Wilmington police and at least two subjects that may have begun around Truesdell Street.

Police indicated that one person was being “held at Taser point” and that another person “had bailed” from a vehicle and was captured by police. Also reported was “damage to a (police) cruiser.”
