4-H Club meeting is On-Target

The Clinton County On-Target 4-H Club met at the Clinton County Farmers and Sportmens Club on Monday, June 14, with Vice President Mikala Hatfield calling the meeting to order at 6:39 p.m. There were 38 in attendance.

Anna Davis led the group in the Pledge of Allegiance and Cody Kidd ledthe 4-H Pledge.

Member Tony Wilens-Mabry was recognized for receiving his Eagle Scout Award for Boy Scouts. We are so proud of Tony!

Dirk Rinehart read the Secretary’s Report and Stanley Stanley Chesney gave the Treasurer’s Report.

Dave Chesney gave an update on the raffle and Judy Hatfield gave an update on the inventory we are selling.

Sydney Bennett, Jacob Ritchey, Bryce Huffman and Anna David did their Member Minutes on their experiences in 4-H.

Upcoming dates were discussed. The Mini Match was Saturday, June 19. The Archery/Shotgun Shoot will be on Saturday, June 26 at 9 a.m. Judging will be on Tuesday, June 29 at 9 a.m.

The Clinton County Fair is Saturday, July 10 through Saturday, July 17.

The next Business Meeting will be on Monday, Dec. 13 from 6:30-8 p.m.

The meeting adjourned at 6:59 p.m. The group then broke out into disciplines.
