Clippers’ G League exec and Wilmington native speaks to Rotary

WILMINGTON — Justin Dunn, President of Business Operations of the Agua Caliente Clippers of Ontario (California), spoke to the Wilmington Rotary Club which meets at noon on Mondays at the Wilmington Elks.

Dunn said that he is appreciative of growing up in Wilmington and graduating from high school here. He then attended Ohio University, where he graduated with a degree in sports management.

He went to work for the Columbus Blue Jackets in ticket sales for over six years. From there went to the Los Angeles Clippers NBA team as a Director of Group Sales. Under his leadership, the Clippers set franchise records in Group Sales revenue.

Dunn most recently became the President of Business Operations of the Agua Caliente Clippers, which is the NBA G League team of the LA Clippers.

Dunn stated his long-term goal is to become a college athletic director, preferably in Ohio because that’s where he and his fiance have family.
