Clinton County Commissioners honor young designer Kayleigh Vance

Following a joint meeting Wednesday of the Board of Clinton County Commissioners and members of the Fair Board that was held at the fairgrounds, folks gathered outside for a group photo. Front and center are Clinton County Commissioner Brenda Woods holding a proclamation recognizing East Clinton 8th-grader Kayleigh Vance, next to Woods, who won a Junior Fair T-shirt design contest involving multiple counties.
