The charge for which Gary Weber, 58, of Clarksville pled guilty in Clinton County Municipal Court was incorrect, as well as the jail term, in municipal court paperwork recently picked up by the News Journal, and published Aug. 3. The court realized the error and contacted the News Journal to correct the information. The correct charge is assault, with a jail term of 60 days, according to Judge Mike Daugherty.
