Tractor drive set for Sunday, culminating at Clinton County Fairgrounds

WILMINGTON — Tractors galore and more will soon make their way to the Clinton County Fairgrounds.

This Sunday, September 5, there will be a tractor drive featuring Allis-Chalmers tractors and equipment. The event will start at Mayer Farm Equipment in Jeffersonville, leaving at 10 a.m., and ending at the fairgrounds.

Jonathan McKay of the Corn Festival Committee told the News Journal that participants must have a tractor that will go at least 10 miles per hour.

The annual Clinton County Corn Festival is set for the weekend of Sept. 10-12.
