WILMINGTON — Day two of the annual three-day Corn Festival kicked off with the traditional parade through downtown Wilmington Saturday morning, with youths of all ages enjoying participating and watching. The festival continues at the Clinton County Fairgrounds Saturday and ends on Sunday.
