BLANCHESTER — Blanchester Senior Citizen (BCS) continues to meet on a regular basis. Among the activities offered are two monthly meetings (first and third Wednesdays) plus cards, chair exercise, chair volleyball plus entertainment offerings.

On Sept. 15 following the regular meeting, Milford Raptors brought live owls and a hawk. Along with seeing the birds the Raptors program was informative and very enjoyable.

Continental Manor of Blanchester will be providing a complete cookout meal for the meeting on Oct. 6. A music performance is planned for our Oct. 20 meeting with singer David Wayne performing.

Blanchester Senior Citizen welcomes all folks over 50 to visit a meeting and become more acquainted with the activities. Seniors gather at 11:30 a.m., and meetings start at noon followed by a meal. BSC is located at 707 N. Broadway, behind the fire department building.
