11 guilty, 1 not in Clinton County Municipal Court

WILMINGTON — The following report is compiled using a disposition report provided by the Clinton County Municipal Court. The information includes the name of the defendant, age, location (if listed), charge disposed, fine, court costs assessed, jail sentence and any special conditions. Municipal Judge Mike Daugherty oversees the court, which handles misdemeanors, traffic cases and some civil cases. Only the criminal misdemeanors are included here.

The following pled guilty or were found guilty of crimes between May 2 and May 6:

• Gary Trenary, 42, of Wilmington, aggravated menacing, sentenced 180 days jail (suspended), fined $100, assessed $115 court costs, no contact with two people, no similar offense for two years and unsupervised probation. A separate charge of aggravated menacing and a charge of trespassing against Trenary were dismissed.

• Miranda Captain, 42, of Wilmington, obstruction of official business, sentenced 90 days jail (suspended), fined $150, assessed $115 court costs, no similar offenses and unsupervised probation for two years.

• Alexander Garcia, 21, of Blanchester, disorderly conduct, fined $100, assessed $115 court costs.

• Ty Wood, 19, of Blue Ash, failure to comply, sentenced 180 days jail, fined $150, assessed $115 court costs.

• Jeremy Cumberland, 29, of Wilmington, theft, sentenced 60 days jail, fined $100, assessed $115 court costs, complete diversion program.

• Taylor Hatley, 21, of Cincinnati, theft, sentenced 30 days jail, fined $100, assessed $115 court costs, complete diversion program.

• Jennifer Davis, 50, of Sabina, disorderly conduct, fined $100, assessed $115 court costs.

• Clifford Thompson, 22, of Wilmington, possession of drug paraphernalia, fined $100, assessed $115 court costs.

• Russell Osborn III, 30, of Dayton, trespassing, fined $150, assessed $115 court costs.

• Rodney Fooce, 41, of Leesburg, possession of marijuana, fined $100, assessed $115 court costs. A charge of possessing drug paraphernalia against Fooce was dismissed.

• Andriy Royter, 19, of Loveland, possession of marijuana, fined $100, assessed $115 court costs.

The following had charges against them dismissed:

• Thomas Bauer, 41, of Midland, domestic violence; charge dismissed without prejudice.
