Drivers sentenced in Clinton County Municipal Court

The following report is compiled using a disposition report provided by Clinton County Municipal Court. The information includes the defendant’s name, age, residence if listed, charge(s) disposed, fine, court costs assessed, jail sentence and any special conditions. Municipal Judge Mike Daugherty oversees the court, which administers the law in criminal misdemeanor cases.

The following list includes those who pled guilty or were found guilty between Nov. 8 and Nov. 10:

• Javier Lorenzo Flores, 25, of Wilmington, control of a vehicle while intoxicated, sentenced to 60 days in jail (suspended), fined $1,000, assessed $135 court costs. The offense was amended from an O.V.I. charge. Lorenzo Flores must take part in two years of non-reporting probation. ALS vacated. A speeding charge — going 90 in a 70 mph speed zone — was dismissed.

• Gerald Catauro, 29 of New Vienna, reckless operation, sentenced to 60 days in jail (suspended), fined $250, assessed $135 court costs. The offense was amended from an O.V.I. charge. Catauro must complete two years of non-reporting probation. ALS vacated. Catauro has completed a three-day non-residential driver intervention program. An additional O.V.I. charge and a failure to control offense were dismissed.

• Thomas Scwarber, 18, of West Chester, control of a vehicle while intoxicated, sentenced to 60 days in jail (suspended), fined $500, assessed $135 court costs. The offense was amended from an O.V.I.-underage charge. Scwarber must complete a three-day residential driver intervention program and two years of non-reporting probation. If compliant, the court will suspend $250 of the fine. ALS vacated. A marked lane violation was dismissed.

• Janelle Watkins, 37, of Wilmington, trespassing, drug instrument possession, sentenced to 10 days in jail (suspended), fined $450, assessed $270 court costs. Watkins must have no contact with the incident location, must commit no further offenses for two years, and be monitored by non-reporting probation. Additional charges of drug paraphernalia and domestic violence were dismissed.

• Lee Cross Jr., 31, drug paraphernalia, sentenced to 30 days in jail (suspended), fined $250, assessed $135 court costs. Cross must commit no further offenses in Clinton County for two years.

• Linna Greene, 20, of Sabina, marijuana possession, driving under suspension-failing to reinstate, fined $500, assessed $270 court costs.

• Jonathan Dunlap, 34, of Chillicothe, driving under suspension-financial, fined $350, assessed $135 court costs.

• Brian Kolb, 57, of Cincinnati, driving under suspension-failure to appear/pay fine, fined $55, assessed $135 court costs. The case was waived by Kolb.

• Loka Faida, 25, of Louisville, going 91 in a 70 mph speed zone, fined $105, assessed $135 court costs. The case was waived by Faida.

• Jessica Warner, 31, of Greenfield, driving under suspension, fined $250, assessed $135 court costs. The case was waived by Warner.
