Clinton County Board of Health & county commissioners commend Dr. Holten

The Clinton County Board of Commissioners recognized Terry Holten, M.D., this week for her 21-plus years of service with Clinton County as the medical director of the Clinton County Health Department. The commissioners proclamation congratulates Dr. Holten for valued services to Clinton County and especially to the Clinton County Health District. By acclamation, the Clinton County Board of Health recognized and commended Terry Kerr Holten, M.D., for outstanding, dedicated service to the Clinton County Health District as its medical director for more than 21 years. Her employment in that position began in September 2000, and she will retire effective Jan. 1, 2022. The board’s resolution speaks of Holten’s “analytical ability, thoughtfulness and wisdom as is reverenced by her colleagues,” and of her loyalty to the Clinton County community in the performance of her duties.
