WILMINGTON — The milling followed by paving is well underway on Rombach Avenue this week, leading to long delays on and off and at different points during the work. Patience will be a virtue for drivers the next few weeks.

Also, note that barriers have been placed next to the grain elevators on Rombach, so there is no shortcut through the private properties from Rombach to Lowe’s Drive.
