The expanded area is 33 feet by 45 feet, which was previously outdoor seating space, and the exterior will have a “stenciled EFIS brick pattern to match the existing building” according to plans filed with the City of Wilmington. The contractor is Tim Vinup of Wilmington; the architect is Randall Plikerd of Norwood.
