Wilmington Middle School inducts National Junior Honor Society members

WILMINGTON — Wilmington Middle School hosted the National Junior Honor Society Induction ceremony on Tuesday.

The ceremony was hosted by student officers: Lauren Diels, Co-President; SaraWeller, Co-President; Carissa Preston, Vice President; and Abi Early, Secretary.

The evening honored the current new members of the NJHS by reflecting on the meaning of service, leadership, scholarship and character.

Wilmington Middle School teacher and advisor Holly Young shared, “The WMS ‘Linda Floyd’ Chapter of NJHS students are great leaders and positive role models for our school and community. I am proud and honored to celebrate their accomplishments.”
