CLINTON COUNTY MUNICIPAL COURT

WILMINGTON — The following report is compiled using a disposition report provided by Clinton County Municipal Court. The information includes the defendant’s name, age, residence if listed, charge(s) disposed, fine, court costs assessed, jail sentence and any special conditions. Municipal Judge Mike Daugherty oversees the court, which administers the law in criminal misdemeanor cases.

The following list incudes those who pled guilty or were found guilty between May 2 and May 6:

• Cody Campbell, 29, of Sabina, O.V.I., sentenced to 180 days in jail (suspended), license suspended from April 11, 2022-April 11, 2023, fined $1,075, assessed $170 court costs. Campbell must take part in reporting probation and a three-day residential intervention program. If compliant, the court will suspend $375 of the fine. The license was ordered destroyed. ALS vacated. Driving privileges are granted effective immediately. Additional charges of drug paraphernalia and marijuana possession were dismissed.

• Clarence Johnson, 55, of Cincinnati, control of a vehicle while intoxicated, sentenced to 60 days in jail (suspended), fined $500, assessed $170 court costs. The offense was amended from an O.V.I. charge. Johnson must complete a three-day non-residential driver intervention program and two years of non-reporting probation. If compliant, the court will suspend $250 of the fine. ALS vacated. A marijuana possession charge and a park/public highway violation were dismissed.

• Ronald Monday, 55, of Clarksville, control of a vehicle while intoxicated, sentenced to 60 days in jail (suspended), fined $500, assessed $170 court costs. The offense was amended from an O.V.I. charge. Monday must complete a three-day non-residential driver intervention program and two years of non-reporting probation. If compliant, the court will suspend $250 of the fine. ALS vacated. An O.V.I.-under the influence charge was dismissed.

• Kevin Lara Ramirez, 26, of Cincinnati, going 96 in a 70 mph speed zone, fined $105, assessed $170 court costs. The case was waived by Lara Ramirez.

• Jeremy Fox, 41, of Maineville, drug paraphernalia, marijuana possession, fined $200, assessed $340 court costs. The cases were waived by Fox.
