The Clinton County On-Target 4-H Club met at the Clinton County Farmers and Sportsman Association Club at 9 a.m. Saturday, May 28, to clean up the rifle range as part of their community service project. There were 33 in attendance.

Advisor Steve Jarrell assigned everyone a location to clean up and a task to accomplish. Tasks were weed eating along the fence line, cutting down trees, hauling brush, and cleaning the ditch line along Batson Road.

The group worked really hard on getting everything cleaned up. Then they enjoyed pizza.

The next Rifle/Pistol Shoot will be at 9 a.m. Saturday, June 11, and the next business meeting will be on Monday, June 13 at 6:30 p.m.

The group adjourned at 1:30 p.m.
