The winners of the annual Lawrence Dean & Gary Quallen Memorial Outstanding Dairy Exhibitor Award are Maggie Mathews in the senior division and Shelby Leaming in the junior division. The winners were announced Saturday at the Junior Fair’s livestock Sale of Champions.
