WILMINGTON — The following report is compiled using a disposition report provided by Clinton County Municipal Court. The information includes the defendant’s name, age, residence if listed, charge(s) disposed, fine, court costs assessed, jail sentence and any special conditions. Municipal Judge Mike Daugherty oversees the court, which administers the law in criminal misdemeanor cases.

The following list includes those who pled guilty or were found guilty between July 18 and July 22:

• Shigaye Pendergrass, 52, of Bethel, theft, sentenced to 10 days in jail (suspended). Pendergrass must have no contact with the incident location and must commit no further offenses in Clinton County for two years.

• Torey Wolfer, 64, of Fayetteville, theft, sentenced to three days in jail (suspended), fined $250, assessed $170 court costs. Wolfer must have no contact with the incident location and must complete 14 hours of community service.

• Christian Lauwers, 21, of Wilmington, trespassing, fined $250, assessed $170 court costs.

• Nicole Fox, 49, of Middletown, driving under suspension-financial, going 88 in a 70 mph speed zone, fined $380, assessed $170 court costs.

• Chad Holley, 40, of Xenia, driving under suspension-financial, fined $250, assessed $170 court costs. The case was waived by Holley.

• Joshua McCall, 18, of Lebanon, disorderly conduct, fined $80, assessed $170 court costs. The case was waived by McCall.

• Charisse Bowers, 33, of Cleveland, driving under suspension-financial, fined $250, assessed $160 court costs. The case was waived by Bowers.

• Paul Jernigan II, 25, of Wilmington, disorderly conduct, fined $80, assessed $170 court costs. The case was waived by Jernigan.

• Matthew Wolfe, 56, of Wilmington, theft. Sentencing stayed.

• Anna Bennett, 35, of Wilmington, theft. Sentencing stayed.
