Wilmington High School Class of 1957 holds reunion

WILMINGTON — The Wilmington High School Class of 1957 and its guests celebrated the 65th anniversary of graduation with an Aug. 6 get-together dinner at the Wilmington Savings Bank Clinton County Aging Up senior center on North Nelson Avenue in Wilmington.

The registration table was decorated with photos and souvenir class booklets. After dinner and catching up on the activities of classmates, Dale Stokes gave a presentation about former classmate Darrell Pidgeon who was instrumental in the development of dairy genetics.

Class members who were present are Judy Schaeffer Frazier, Barbara Perdue Hamilton, Dan Inlow, Dale Stokes, John Hackney, Glenn Dupree, Bob Webb, Kent Turner, Ed Hamilton, Forest Goings and David Hale.
