WILMINGTON — The following report is compiled using a disposition report provided by Clinton County Municipal Court. The information includes the defendant’s name, age, residence if listed, charge(s) disposed, fine, court costs assessed, jail sentence and any special conditions. Municipal Judge Mike Daugherty oversees the court, which administers the law in criminal misdemeanor cases.

The following continues the list of those who pled guilty or were found guilty between August 15 and August 19:

• Charridy McFarland, 40, of Wilmington, theft, sentenced to 10 days in jail (suspended), license suspended from Aug. 17, 2022-Oct. 13, 2022, fined $250, assessed $170 court costs. McFarland must have no contact with the incident location, must take part in non-reporting probation, and must commit no further offenses for two years. The court will hold onto McFarland’s license

• Austin Martin, 27, of Wilmington, theft, sentenced to 10 days in jail (suspended), fined $100, assessed $170 court costs. Martin must have no contact with the incident location and complete eight hours in community service.

• Loretta Crone, 58, of Lynchburg, theft, sentenced to 10 days in jail (suspended), fined $250, assessed $170 court costs. Crone must have no contact with the incident location, must complete 16 hours of community service, and must complete two years of non-reporting probation.

• Timothy Cundiff, 40, of Wilmington, criminal damages, sentenced to 10 days in jail (suspended), fined $250, assessed $170 court costs. Cundiff must have no contact with the incident location, must complete 16 hours of community service, and two years of probation. A disorderly conduct charge was dismissed.

• Jordan St. John, 28, of Midland, theft, sentenced to seven days in jail, fined $500, assessed $340 court costs. St. John must have no contact with the incident locations.

• William Ruwe, 51, of Blanchester, open container, fined $30, assessed $170 court costs.

• Troy Holmes, 26, of Wilmington, two counts of driving under suspension-failing to appear/pay fine, fined $700, assessed $340 court costs. Additional charges of driving under suspension-financial and going 74 in a 55 mph speed zone.

• Levi Barrett, 20, of Hillsboro, fictitious registration, fined $30, assessed $170 court costs.

• Jeffrey Wilson, 49, of Bowersville, driving under suspension, fined $30, assessed $170 court costs.

• Roger Griffith, 26, of Hillsboro, driving under suspension, driving under suspension-failing to reinstate, driving under suspension-failing to appear/pay fine, marijuana possession, fined $1,200, assessed $680 court costs. An additional driving under suspension-failing to appear/pay fine charge was dismissed.

• Armond Brown, 28, of Cincinnati, driving under suspension-financial, going 90 in a 70 mph speed zone, fined $380, assessed $170 court costs.

• Quintin Bonds, 26, of Louisville, Kentucky, going 95 in a 70 mph speed zone, fined $105, assessed $135 court costs. The case was waived by Bonds.

• Reginald Ramsey, 28, of Cincinnati, marijuana possession, fined $90, assessed $125 court costs. The case was waived by Ramsey.

• Kimberly Grosnickle, 46, of Milford, theft. Sentencing stayed. Grosnickle must write a letter of apology and pay restitution.
