Do not attempt to detain a suspect yourself. All suspects are presumed innocent until possibly found guilty in a court of law.

• Dorothy Nicole Mann: White female, age 49, 5-6, 200 lbs. Last known address — Last known address was on Linton Avenue in Wilmington. Wanted for felony indictments for aggravated trafficking in drugs, aggravated possession of drugs, and possession of a fentanyl-related compound out of the Clinton County Sheriff’s Office. She is known to frequent Highland County as well.

• Harold Tackett: White male, age 43, 5-10, 180 lbs. Last known address — S. South St. in Wilmington. Wanted for felony indictment for aggravated possession of drugs out of the Clinton County Sheriff’s Office.
