If you know the whereabouts of a person for whom there is a warrant for arrest, call the Wilmington Police Department Tip Line at 937-382-TIPS (8477) — an automated line in which the caller can remain anonymous.

Do not attempt to detain a suspect yourself. All suspects are presumed innocent until possibly found guilty in a court of law.

• Elisha Wayne Collett: White male, 6’2, 180 lbs. Last known address — North Lincoln Street in Wilmington. Known to frequent the area of Columbus Street and North Lincoln. Wanted on a warrant out of the Ohio Adult Parole Authority for several parole violations, Blanchester PD for possession of drug abuse instruments and a felony failure to comply.

• Nina M. Willis: White female, 5’0, 150 lbs. Last known address — Fife Avenue in Wilmington. Wanted out of the Clinton County Sheriff’s Office for failing to appear on an aggravated possession of drugs charge, and Hillsboro PD for failing to appear on a theft charge.
