Teen suspect turns himself in

A 15-year-old turned himself in after the Wilmington Police Department went public late Thursday afternoon, identifying him the male and stating that he was “considered armed and dangerous.”

He is a suspect in the shooting Monday night around Reba Drive in which two juveniles were injured, police said.
