WILMINGTON — The following report is compiled using a disposition report provided by Clinton County Municipal Court. The information includes the defendant’s name, age, residence if listed, charge(s) disposed, fine, court costs assessed, jail sentence and any special conditions. An appointed interim judge currently oversees the court, which administers the law in criminal misdemeanor cases.

The following list includes those who pleaded guilty or were found guilty between January 9 and January 13:

• Justina Wood, 31, of New Vienna, two counts of theft, sentenced to 360 days in jail, fined $500, assessed $170 court costs. Wood must take part in supervised probation and pay $801.29 in restitution to the victim. A third theft charge was dismissed.

• Stacy Sexton, 52, of Mount Orab, attempt to commit a crime, O.V.I., sentenced to 270 days in jail (suspended), license suspended from Nov. 18, 2022-Nov. 17, 2023, fined $1,000, assessed $170 court costs. Sexton must take part in supervised probation and complete a three-day non-residential driver intervention program. If compliant, the court will suspend $225 of the fine. ALS vacated. Driving privileges were granted effective January 9. The ‘attempt’ offense was amended from a child endangerment charge. An O.V.I.-low breathalyzer charge and a left-of-center violation were dismissed.

• George Harloff, 45, of Cincinnati, child endangerment, O.V.I., sentenced to 270 days in jail (suspended), license suspended from Nov. 1, 2022-Oct. 31, 2023, fined $1,325, assessed $340 court costs. Harloff must take part in non-reporting probation, must complete a three-day non-residential driver intervention program, and must not consume alcohol or drugs of abuse while on probation. If compliant, the court will suspend $375 of the fine. Driving privileges granted effective January 11. A speeding charge was dismissed.

• Grace Irwin, 18, of Blanchester, control a vehicle while intoxicated, sentenced to 180 days in jail (suspended), fined $500, assessed $170 court costs. The offense was amended from an O.V.I. charge. Irwin must complete a three-day non-residential driver intervention program and two years of non-reporting probation. If compliant, the court will suspend $250 of the fine. ALS vacated. A marked lane violation was dismissed.

• Zachary Nichols, 29, of Wilmington, three counts of trespassing, sentenced to 90 days in jail (83 days suspended), fined $450, assessed $510 court costs.

• Dustin Carrico, 36, of Sabina, child endangerment, sentenced to 90 days in jail (86 days suspended), fined $500, assessed $170 court costs. The offense was amended from a domestic violence charge. Carrico must take part in supervised probation and complete anger management. If compliant, the court will suspend $250 of the fine. No contact order is vacated.

• Tina Wishon, 46, of Wilmington, theft, sentenced to 90 days in jail (suspended), fined $150, assessed $170 court costs. Wishon must take part in supervised probation, have no contact with the incident location, and pay $522.27 in restitution to the victim.

• Sebastian Friend, 29, public indecency, trespassing, sentenced to 60 days in jail (30 days suspended), fined $150, assessed $340 court costs. Friend must commit no further offenses for three years, be monitored by non-reporting probation, and have no contact with the trespassing victim.

• Jerry Goldie, 46, trespassing, sentenced to 30 days in jail (15 days suspended), fined $100, assessed $170 court costs. Goldie must have no contact with the victim, must commit no further offenses for two years, and be monitored by non-reporting probation.

• Jessica Smith, 30, of Wilmington, trespassing, sentenced to 30 days in jail (15 days suspended), fined $100, assessed $170 court costs. Smith must have no contact with the victim, must commit no further offenses for two years, and be monitored by non-reporting probation.

• Michael Mountjoy, 57, disorderly conduct, sentenced to 30 days in jail (23 days suspended), fined $100, assessed $170 court costs. Mountjoy must commit no further offenses for two years.

• Curtis Ford, 38, of Wilmington, trespassing, sentenced to 30 days in jail (30 days suspended), fined $250, assessed $170 court costs. Ford must have no contact with the incident location, must commit no further offenses for two years, and must be monitored by non-reporting probation.

• Leslee Powell, 41, of Martinsville, driving under suspension-financial, fined $150, assessed $170 court costs.

• John Kintz, 42, of Wilmington, driving under suspension-financial, no operator’s license, fined $300, assessed $170 court costs.

• Romell Whiteside, 50, of Columbus, driving under suspension, fined $1,000. The case was waived by Whiteside.

• Gabrielle Charles, 21, of Liberty Township, going 90 in a 70 mph speed zone, fined $30, assessed $170 court costs. The case was waived by Charles.
