Lunch with VIPs

WILMINGTON — While the students at Holmes Elementary School have been busy exploring new adventures in learning, they are never too busy to make time to have lunch with their VIPs — the very important people in their lives.

VIPS were in attendance throughout the week joining students for lunch and enjoying each other’s company.

According to Principal Carrie Ziegler, the VIP Lunches are a popular event at Holmes Elementary School. Students look forward to eating lunch with their families and following lunch have the opportunity to shop at the Scholastic Book Fair in the school library.

VIP Lunches also help to further foster the positive relationships built between school and home.
