Municipal court cases June 1-5

WILMINGTON — The following report is compiled using a disposition report provided by the Clinton County Municipal Court. The information includes the name of the defendant, age, location (if listed), charge disposed, fine, court costs assessed, jail sentence and any special conditions. Municipal Court handles criminal misdemeanors, traffic cases and some civil cases. Only the criminal misdemeanors are included here.

The following pleaded guilty or were found guilty of crimes during the week of June 1 through June 5:

Dominic Melvin, 31, of Wilmington, assault, 180 days in jail, fined $600, assessed $100 court costs, two years of supervised probation. If Melvin completes the probation, $300 of the fine will be suspended.

Shanna Lycan, 37, of Dayton, operating a vehicle under the influence, 120 days in jail (suspended), fined $675, assessed $100 court costs, ordered to complete two years of supervised probation and a three-day program. If compliant, $300 of the fine will be suspended. Charges of endangering a child, a separate charge of operating a vehicle under the influence and failure to stay in marked lanes were dismissed against Lycan.

Michael Moubray, 26, of Mt. Orab, concealed carry weapon violation, 30 days in jail (suspended), fined $150, assessed $100 court costs, ordered to complete 1 year unsupervised probation.

Samantha Floyd, 29, of Wilmington, possession of drug paraphernalia and driving another’s vehicle without consent, 90 days in jail (suspended), fined $150, assessed $200 court costs, ordered to complete community service and one year of unsupervised probation.

Christina Paskow, 18, of Felicity, theft. Sentencing was stayed until Sept. 10.

Kathy Suttles, 43, of Waynesville, possession of drug paraphernalia, fined $100 and assessed $100 court costs.

Linda Turner, 52, of Goshen, theft and possession of drug abuse instrument, 60 days in jail (suspended), fined $300, assessed $200 court costs, one year of unsupervised probation and a one day class. If Turner completes probation, $100 of the fine will be suspended.

Max Lyons Jr., 35, of Dayton, unauthorized use of property, fined $250 and assessed $100 court costs. The charge was reduced from theft, and the fine will be suspended if Lyons pays restitution to the victim.

Steven Boris, 26, of Wilmington, menacing, sentencing stayed to allow defendant to complete diversion.

Christopher Weisenberger, 52, of Wilmington, misuse of 911 and assault, 150 days in jail, fined $700 and assessed $200 court costs, two years of supervised probation and ordered to have no contact with a man. If compliant, $500 of the fine would be suspended.

Kennith Irwin, 24, of Wilmington, disorderly conduct, 30 days in jail (suspended), fined $100, assessed $100 court costs, one year unsupervised probation and good behavior.

Zachary Jewett, 20, of Loveland, drug paraphernalia, speeding, driving under suspension, fined $185, assessed $300 court costs.

Benjamin Newkirk, 44, of Martinsville, possession of marijuana, fined $100, assessed $100 court costs.

Kaylee Wiswell, 19, of Wilmington, possession of marijuana, fined $100, assessed $100 court costs.

Clifford Stephens, 34, of Blanchester, resisting arrest, 90 days jail (suspended), assessed $100 in court costs, must be on good behavior and no similar offenses committed for two years. A charge of criminal damages was dismissed.

Jessica Johnson, 32, of Blanchester, disorderly conduct, fined $100, assessed $100 court costs.

William Hall, 18, of Wilmington, disorderly conduct, sentencing stayed. Reduced from aggravated menacing.

Amber Deitz, 32, possession of drug abuse instrument, 90 days jail, fined $250, assessed $100 court costs, two years unsupervised probation.

Donald Francis, 34, of Wilmington, disorderly conduct, fined $25, assessed $100 court costs.

Johnathan Inwood, 58, of Wilmington, possession of marijuana, fined $100, assessed $100 court costs.

Danny Villegas, 31, of Saint Cloud, Fla., disorderly conduct, fined $260, assessed $100 court costs. A charge of resisting arrest was dismissed.

The following had charges that were dismissed:

Christian Slone, 25, of Wilmington, tax violation; charge dismissed.

Lucian Hogue, 56, of Wilmington, tax violation; charge dismissed.

Morgan Mays, 28, of Wilmington, theft; charge dismissed.

Daniel Gallion, 62, of Wilmington, tax violation; charge dismissed.

Lindsay Smith, 30, of Wilmington, tax violation; charge dismissed.

Stephanie Entsminger, 23, of Wilmington, possession of marijuana; charge dismissed.

Tyler Mason, 19, of Wilmington, possession of marijuana; charge dismissed.
