Kids & Co. presents 22nd season

WILMINGTON – “The Snow Queen” will be presented at the Wilmington High School Auditeria on June 26 at 7 p.m. and June 27 at 1 p.m. This classic story will be adapted from the original book and directed by Ken Lydy, Associate Vice President for Student Affairs at Wilmington College. Admission is free but donations will be accepted.

Rising Star Drama Camp will be gearing up for its fifth season July 13-17, from 9 a.m. to noon at Wilmington College’s Kelly Center. Rising Star Drama Camp is a new addition for kids 6-10 years of age with an interest in acting and storytelling. Returning to lead the camp this summer is Karie Gipson from the Gigglebox Theatre Experience in Cincinnati, Ohio. Enrollment is limited to 25. Drama Camp 2015 will be August 3-7 from 10 a.m. to 5 p.m. at Wilmington College’s Kelly Center. Drama Camp welcomes kids 11-17 years of age to participate. Participants will learn acting, improvisation, stage combat, makeup, singing and more from guest artists and teachers with years of theatre experience! Registration is currently underway. Clinton County Kids & Company was founded in 1993 and continues to be dedicated to providing quality arts experiences for the children and youth of Clinton County regardless of their economic level or special need. The organization’s mission is to involve and educate young people through the arts so that they develop creativity, cultural awareness, team-building skills, and a positive self-esteem.
