CM Food Pantry open Thursday

The Clinton-Massie Food Pantry, located at 2556 Lebanon Road in Clarksville, will be open 3-5 p.m. Thursday, Oct. 27.

The entrance to the food pantry is behind the Clinton-Massie Middle School in the old elementary school. Please arrive after 2:45 p.m.

US 68 lanes to be closed

Various lane closures on U.S. 68 between Southwind Boulevard and East Dalton Road in Clinton County will take place from 9 a.m. to 4 p.m. Thursday, Oct. 27 and Friday, Oct. 28. Traffic will be maintained with flaggers.

Arrow boards and/or signs will be in place to alert motorists of the upcoming lane closures.

To help ensure the safety of the construction workers as well as the traveling public, motorists should remain alert, reduce their speed and watch for stopped traffic while passing through the work zone.
