WILMINGTON — The annual fundraising fall soup luncheon for the Clinton County Homeless Shelter will be this Friday, Nov. 18.

The homemade soups will include chicken noodle, potato, beef vegetable, vegetarian, ham and bean, and chili. The meal will also include a drink and dessert.

Everyone in attendance will have a chance to win door prizes.

Freewill donations for the fundraiser will be accepted at the door.

The luncheon will be held from 11 a.m. to 1 p.m. in the Robert Moyer Community Room on the first floor of Wilmington City Hall.

If you cannot stay for the luncheon or cannot go there in person, you can pick up a Soup-to-Go order or, thanks to volunteers from Dayton Goodwill Easter Seals, your order can be delivered to your office or home.

To place an order, call the shelter at 937-382-6272 and speak to either Ginny or Amber by 2 p.m. this Thursday, Nov. 17.
