Tim Brausch pours a Golden Belgium Ale made by his brother, Travis, at Brausch Brewery at 1030 S. South St., Wilmington. The brewery opened recently and makes and sells three beers — a Wilmington Ale, a Golden Belgium Ale, and a Bock Lager. More beers will come in September and more are being considered. Customers can play games and bring their own food, and Christine Brausch, Travis’ wife, said the brewery is considering bringing in food trucks to provide customers with food.
