Angel House seeks items to sell, also needs to fill positions

WILMINGTON — The Angel House at 782 Xenia Ave. in Wilmington is an all-volunteer organization housing single, pregnant women. The house was established in 2016 to serve this community and all of southern Ohio. Angel House exists solely on donations from individuals, organizations, churches and fundraisers.

Angel House is currently in need of filling several positions including mentor, housekeeping, web maintenance, house maintenance and, eventually, men for baby daddy mentors.

Also, as a way to fund the house, they have rummage sales every first and third Saturday in the white building behind the house, and they’re gearing up for their annual auction to be held in April.

The Angel House also serves as a home base for the Coalition of Clinton County, which is an organization with monthly meetings for service organizations to get together and discuss needs, to be able to better help the community.

If you would like to volunteer, or have items for Angel House to sell at their rummage sales or the auction, please call 937-283-7976. Their email address is [email protected].
