Next week — Feb. 6 through 10 — is proclaimed by Clinton County commissioners a time to “Start With Hello,” encouraging people to reach out to others. Activities are planned throughout the week at Clinton-Massie schools in conjunction with the “Sandy Hook Promise: Start With Hello” program.
