WILMINGTON — Police are seeking a Wilmington woman who is suspected of stabbing a man multiple times.
On Sunday at 6:40 p.m. Wilmington Police received a report of a stabbing in an apartment at 33 Reba Drive.
“Upon arrival, officers found a crime scene but no victim, and the suspect had fled too,” said Police Chief Duane Weyand. “Upon speaking to witnesses they were able to determine who the victim and the suspect were in this matter.”
He said a short time later the victim, Paul A. Conger, 33, arrived at Bethesda North Hospital with multiple stab wounds.
WPD has filed a charge of felonious assault against Melinda Jo Conger, 37, of Wilmington, whose address is listed as Hawley Drive.
