Clinton County Municipal Court dispositions

WILMINGTON — The following report is compiled using a disposition report provided by Clinton County Municipal Court. The information includes the defendant’s name, age, residence if listed, charge(s) disposed, fine, court costs assessed, jail sentence and any special conditions. Municipal Judge Mike Daugherty oversees the court, which administers the law in criminal misdemeanor cases.

The following pled guilty or were found guilty of crimes between March 20 and March 24:

• Kody Huston, 19, of Martinsville, four charges of theft, tags to be worn, sentenced to 900 days in jail (870 days suspended), fined $550, assessed $750 court costs. The Clinton County Sheriff’s Office to return cell phone and GPS once it is not needed as evidence. Huston must take part in supervised probation, pay $513 in restitution, must have no contact with the victims, and write a letter of apology to them. Five additional charges of trespassing and a second tags to worn charge were dismissed.

• Adrien Ayers, 41, of Goshen, theft, driving under suspension-financial, sentenced to 30 days in jail, fined $550, assessed $125 court costs. Ayers must write a letter of apology to the victim and will pay restitution if the compliant court will suspend jail time. Ayers will pay fines only for the DUS charge.

• Donald Cox II, 32, of Wilmington, possession of drug instruments, sentenced to 180 days in jail (suspended), find $250, assessed $125 court costs. Cox shall commit no offenses for two years and be monitored by non-reporting probation. An additional charge of drug paraphernalia was dismissed.

• Amanda Bennett, 20, of Wilmington, underage consumption, reckless operation, sentenced to 30 days in jail (suspended), operator’s license suspended from March 21 to Sept. 21, 2017, fined $600, assessed $250 court costs. The reckless operation charge was amended from an O.V.I. charge. Bennett must complete a three-day non-residential intervention program and two years of non-reporting probation. Driver’s privilege available immediately. ALS vacated. An O.V.I. and failure to control charge was dismissed.

• Michael Smith, 28, of Blanchester, selling/purchasing/distributing/delivering dangerous drugs, 30 days in jail (15 days suspended), fined $500, assessed $125 court costs. Smith will take part in supervised probation and shall commit no offenses for a period of 2017. Smith must complete 50 hours of community service.

• Christopher Perry, 39, of Blanchester, possession of drug instruments, driving under suspension, going to 90 days in jail (suspended), fined $875, assessed $250 court costs. Perry will take part in supervised probation if the compliant court will suspend $375 of fine. An additional drug paraphernalia charge was dismissed.

• Joshua Kirkpatrick, 36, of Wilmington, domestic violence, sentenced to 180 days in jail (suspended), fined $1,000, assessed $125 court costs. Kirkpatrick must serve two years of non-reporting, complete 20-week batterers intervention program thru alternatives to violence.

• Amber Curtis, 29, of Wilmington, driving under suspension-financial, fined $10. An additional charge of driving under O.V.I. suspension was dismissed.

• Raymond Montgomery, 35, of Blanchester, disorderly conduct, fined $65, assessed $125 court costs. Case waived by the defendant.

• Michael Weisenberger, 28, of Morrow, driving under suspension-financial, going 66 in a 55 mph speed zone, seat belt violation, fined $205, assessed $125 court costs. Weisenberger will pay fines only for the speeding violation and pay costs only for the seat belt violation.

• Casey Wright, 32, of Hillsboro, driving under suspension, fined $125, assessed $125 court costs.

• Larry Zurface II, 31, of Washington Court House, driving under suspension-failure to appear/pay fine, fictitious registration, going 75 in a 55 mph speed zone, sentenced to 30 days in jail (suspended), fined $450, assessed $125 court costs.

• Matthew Walker, 36, of Hillsboro, driving under suspension-financial, fined $125, assessed $125 court costs. An additional charge of driving under suspension-failure to appear/pay fine was dismissed.

• Athena Bailey-Marshall, 38, of Wilmington, driving under suspension, fined $125, assessed $125 court costs.

• Brandon Lynch, 19, of Clarksville, assault, sentenced to 30 days in jail (21 suspended), fined $100, assessed $125 court costs.

• Leah Eby, 37, of Cincinnati, driving under suspension-reinstatement fee, fined $125, assessed $125 court costs. An additional charge of driving under suspension was dismissed.

• Michael Glover, 58, Wilmington, two charges of driving under suspension-financial, fined $250, assessed $250 court costs. Additional charges of driving under suspension-reinstatement fee and no operator’s license was dismissed.

• Mandy Torrisi, 32, of Wilmington, possession of drug instruments, sentenced to 90 days in jail (69 days suspended), fined $750, assessed $125 court costs. Torrisi will take part in supervised probation if the compliant court will suspend $375 of fine. Torrisis must have no contact with a subject.

• Johnathan Johnson, 22, of Wilmington, possession of marijuana, fined $30, assessed $125 court costs.

• Zachary Russell, 22, of Wilmington, possession of marijuana, fined $30, assessed $125 court costs.

• Eric Streithorst, 25, of Cincinnati, going 95 in a 70 mph speed zone, fined $105, assessed $125 court costs. The case was waived by the defendant.

• Benjamin Bach, 35, of Midland, driving under suspension, seat belt violation, fined $155, assessed $125 court costs.

• Caleb McMullen, 23, of Martinsville, driving under suspension-financial, going 47 in a 35 mph speed zone, fined $175, assessed $125 court costs. McMullen will pay fines only for the speeding charge.

• Saeed Gbadamosi, 54, of Lebanon, going 90 in a 70 mph speed zone, fined $105, assessed $125 court costs. The case was waived by the defendant.

• Jeffrey Finn, 33, of Blanchester, driving under suspension-financial, tag/sticker violation, fined $125, assessed $125 court costs. Finn will only pay fines for the tag/sticker charge. An additional charge of driving under suspension-failure to pay fine was dismissed.

• Mark Nave, 44, of Hillsboro, physical control of a vehicle, sentenced to 30 days in jail (suspended), fined $500, assessed $125 court costs. Nave must commit no further alcohol offenses for two years. ALS vacated. The charge was amended from an O.V.I. charge.

• Cassidy Barker, 19, of Wilmington, possession of marijuana, fined $100, assessed $125 court costs.

• Dorvon Sweeten, 30, of Cincinnati, going 93 in a 70 mph speed zone, fined $105, assessed $125 court costs. The case was waived by the defendant.
