Murphy history at Rotary

Jennifer Hollon spoke at the recent A.M. Rotary meeting regarding the history of the Murphy Theatre. The theatre was originally called Clinton Theatre and first opened in July 1918. The theatre was built by Arthur Eveland, who is the grandfather of Nick Eveland. Hollon is the recipient of several archived photos of the theatre that she shared with the group that were breathtaking. She is writing a book which should be available in the fall of 2017.
