Help replace flags Sunday
Local volunteers including Boy Scouts will be replacing flags at Wilmington’s Sugar Grove Cemetery Sunday, May 28 (not Saturday as was originally reported).
Muni parking lot to be closed
The City of Wilmington announces closure of the municipal parking lot at the corner of West Locust Street and North Mulberry streets for two days starting at midnight on Monday, May 29 (Memorial Day), until approximately noon on Tuesday, May 30, weather permitting.
The parking lot will be closed due to sealing and striping. Downtown business patrons, parking permit holders, and residents are asked to make other arrangements for parking during this time.
The City of Wilmington asks that all patrons and residents please be patient during the improvements to the parking lots. Questions regarding the lot closures may be made to the Office of the Director of Public Service at 937-382-6509.
