Rehab your home through grants, zero-percent loans

Clinton County and Wilmington have been awarded grant funds to help low-to-moderate income homeowners make improvements to their homes.

Deferred/forgivable zero-percent interest housing rehabilitation loans and 100-percent home repair grants are available for low-to-moderate income homeowners.

Eligible homeowners anywhere in Wilmington and Clinton County may apply for the assistance.

Household size, followed by income limits: 1 — $32,300; 2 — $36,900; 3 — $41,500; 4 — $46,100; 5 — $49,800; 6 — $53,500; 7 — $57,200; 8 — $60,900.
